Students participating in the NYPA Junior Fellowship Program at MVCC kicked off their first session with interactive group activities focused on clean energy and energy efficiency. Through hands-on exercises, students explored how to identify air leaks, measure light brightness and understand how everyday choices impact energy use. These engaging activities encouraged teamwork, problem-solving and critical thinking while introducing students to practical ways to conserve energy and support a more sustainable future.
